By registering for Marathon 2025, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your registration and payment.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be in good health and physically fit to take part in the event.
• Minors under 18 must have parental/guardian consent to participate.
• Organizers reserve the right to reject or disqualify any participant if eligibility criteria are not met.

2. Registration

• All registrations are to be made through the official website using the Razorpay payment gateway.
• Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Cancellation Policy.
• Incomplete or incorrect registrations may be canceled at the discretion of the organizers.

3. Event Rules

• Participants must follow all instructions given by the event staff, volunteers, and authorities.
• Unfair practices such as shortcutting, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in disqualification.
• Bib numbers must be worn visibly at all times during the race.

4. Health & Safety

• Medical support will be available during the event.
• Participants are responsible for their own health and must not take part if medically unfit.
• The organizers are not liable for any injuries or health complications arising from participation.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, media, branding, and logos associated with the event are the property of the organizers.
• Unauthorized use of event materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Changes & Cancellations

• The organizers reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants will be informed in advance through official communication channels.
