Cancellation & Refund Policy

Event Date: May 4, 2025

Thank you for registering for the Marathon 2025 scheduled on 4th May 2025. We appreciate your enthusiasm and participation. Please review the following cancellation and refund policies carefully.

1. Cancellation by Participant

• Once registration is completed and payment is processed via Razorpay, no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted.
• Registrations are non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Ensure all event details are read thoroughly before payment.

2. Event Postponement or Cancellation

• In case of event postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation due to unforeseen reasons (weather, government restrictions, etc.), registered participants will be notified.
• Refunds or credits may be provided based on the nature of the situation.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.

3. Technical Payment Issues

• If the payment is deducted but registration is not successful, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days by Razorpay.
• Contact us immediately if you encounter any issues during payment.

4. No Show Policy

If a registered participant fails to appear on the event day, no refund or adjustment will be provided.
