This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how and when you will receive materials related to your registration for Marathon 2025, scheduled on 4th May 2025.

1. Race Kit Delivery

• All registered participants will receive a race kit including a t-shirt, bib number, and other essentials.
• Race kits will be delivered to the participant's registered address or distributed at the designated collection point prior to the event.
• Details regarding kit pickup locations and dates will be communicated via email/SMS.

2. Delivery Timeline

• If home delivery is selected, race kits will be shipped approximately 7–10 days before the event date.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address submissions.
• Participants are advised to ensure address accuracy during registration.

3. Shipping Charges

• Home delivery may involve an additional shipping charge, mentioned clearly during the registration process.
• No extra charge will apply for on-site kit pickup.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

If your race kit arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue before race day.
